Easy on elderly fingers and hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this several weeks and like it very well. It doesn't have the instant buttons (hit 1 to get automatic 1 min high) but the new control panel recognizes GENTLE touch and that makes it not bother me to enter a couple more digits. The door just pulls and pushes closed without excessive effort; there's no mechanical push-button you need to put a lot of pressure on to open it. It IS much more fingerprint resistant than the old one. The color contrast or size of the characters on the control panel could be a litle greater. I was concerned that a few people said something happened to their door-latch after a year or so but we noticed the documentation cautions you not to slam the door. So we're being careful about that and bought an extended warranty.

bad brand

i bought this 2 months ago and already broken . Definitely very bad Brand and it will take 8 days to repair parts . Never more WHIRLPOOL .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features!

Always Loved Whirlpool

Have owned several Whirlpool appliances over the years, have never had a problem with any. Currently have a Whirlpool washing machine that is over 15 years old. It still works great. Will only buy Whirlpool from now on.
