Microwave stopped working after about 2 years

I choose all Whirlpool appliances for my home and everything has been working great except for this microwave, which now wont start and just keeps telling me to open and close the door which does nothing. I've tried cleaning it and unplugging/resetting it and nothing seems to work it just says to open/close the door which does nothing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice upgrade

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago to replace my old worn-out microwave. Seems to be very easy to use only one thing I would suggest is to backlight a control pad so I can be seen easily in darker lighting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
