Great design

The install was easy and the microwave looks amazing. the door opens and closes smoothly and with ease. The features are awesome. We have not used the rack for a second level of cooking yet, but like the idea of having it as an option.

Metal rack issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave came with new home purchase and noticed sparks because you need to have make sure it’s against the plastic brackets on the back. I don’t think this should be something you have to make sure it’s in place with every use. The fan could be a less noisy. Otherwise, I’m pleased.

Enjoy the new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to replace a 15 year old Whirlpool hood microwave. Heats fast, the reheat function senses well, a little hotter than I like. It cleans so much easier then the old plastic ones.
