Worked great for 20 months...

We purchased this product in Aug 2018 and was installed Sept 2018. About 20 months later the microwave stopped heating items and would make a large humming. I would expect an over the range microwave to last longer considering the installation effort required. Submitted a claim using AMEX extended warranty and waiting to see what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Manual

And I hate not being able to know what I’m supposed to do with a brand new set of kitchen Appliances!

Great features...like the new interior

Powerful Microwave
