Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not at all happy. It is so noisy I don't even want to use it and forget it if you turn on the fan. When cooking the whole inside of the microwave steams up so I can't even see the food inside. First time I used sensor cook for baked potatoes they were mush, second time they came out better. The defrost feature does work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow...very stylish and sharp looking. However, it takes forever to heat anything, double the time of our previous unit. I would not recommend this product.

Nice size unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Microwaves for over 50 years, overall this is a nice unit. It is larger than my previous unit and I like the inside the cavity finish. Had one unusual occurrence with the unit. My house power flickered for a second. Lights slightly blinked but it took the microwave out completely (no other appliances were affected). Nothing would work. I tested the receptacle and it was functioning fine, I then re-plugged in the Microwave and it worked again. This has never happened with any of my microwaves, so not sure why this took out the unit. I have tested most of the features and find that they do work well. So other than the power flicker mentioned above the Microwave is a nice unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We originally wanted a Whirpool microwave when our Kenmore had an issue with the doors hinges. Everyone was out of Whirlpools. Now that I have one, I’m happy with the stylish look, the fact that the end beeping is pleasant and my pets don’t run the other way or I had to silence it.
The features, especially the keyboard, is brightly lit and works well. However, unless I’m missing something, the only thing that this unit doesn’t seem to have and I’m kind of thrown off, since why wouldn’t it, is a pause button or when we stop the cooking for a second, it shuts off to square one again. Otherwise I’m very happy with the unit thus far.

Love My Microwave

Pause function missing?

We just purchased this microwave when our 10 year old GE gave up the ghost. It matches our new refrigerator (it replaced a 20 year old Whirlpool). I can't seem to locate a pause button and I worry opening the door numerous times during cooking will shorten the life of the microwave. Other than this I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement Whirlpool product seeing as the predecessor went to microwave heaven. I have been a fan of Whirlpool since I've been married. The new unit took some getting used to, however, it is well made, cooks evenly, finally finished. The only reason it doesn't get all 5 stars is due to country of origin. My sales associate stated it was made in the U.S. and it is actually made in China.

Very nice microwave but…

Installed it yesterday and appears to be very nice. I thought the box it came in was missing the users manual. It came with a couple pages but not really how to use all the features, especially the steam. After searching online, I am starting to believe there is not a detailed users manual.
