great Microwave for the money/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this model microwave for what you can do with this microwave ,which is great, the only complaint I have is you do not get any paper work or a book on how to use your new microwave , this is a (-) toward Whirpool , also it did not tell you that you need 3/4 of a inch on hinge side in order for door to open if it is next to a wall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Metal rack in microwave?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this a couple weeks and the manual does not explain the use of the metal rack in it? Therefore I’ve removed it. Can you please explain? Also, the start button is only indicated by a small triangle. I’m not visually impaired outside of regular glasses but that button was a pain to locate. The word “start” would have been helpful. So, so far, not impressed
