Great features and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a Frigidaire that broke after only 3 years of easy use. My only criticism is that the reheat dinner plate sensor setting goes too long and too hot. The food gets tough and too hot. Interesting that the same thing happened with the Frigidaire.
Other than that I really like the microwave and it wasn't that hard to install myself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only fair in use of features. Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't pay attention closely enough when I made purchase. The turntable when on is wobbly no mater what I do and you cannot use both top and bottom for heating unless you are very careful to remove rack after use. Otherwise you could blow up the microwave. Very displeased with this purchase. Also strange marks hard to get rid of on the cooking features panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Basic with great functions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this model for a few months now and have had no problems with it. We use a lot of the basic functions and whirlpool makes it easy to use. The only issue we have is steam from the front burners tends to build in the front of the microwave door, otherwise it has been perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this model to replace a Whirlpool that was 6 years old and died. We were very happy with the previous model and to no surprise, this Whirlpool Microwave is working just great. Not loud, the door opens and closes with no loud noise. The inside glass plate is smaller in diameter than the previous one, but it was also a 2.0 Cu. Ft. capacity.
