[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s our second one. We wore-out the first one. We didn’t realize how much we depend on it until it stopped working. It looks nice, works great and was a good price.

Overall quality issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a brand new condo 2.5 yes ago which came with brand new whirlpool applications. After mild use, mainly just heating up foods and liquids it ceased working as far as heating. Everything looked fine and all buttons etc worked as normal. Estimates- repair would cost close to price of a new one. So only because the mounting hardware was already installed we chose to buy another of the same which made for a really easy install. So far so good after 2 weeks. This is the LAST chance for Whirlpool. If we have any other issues with any of the 6 WP appliances we will NEVER buy another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool microwave sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave was installed on 1/3/2023 and I’m still waiting on parts for it. I would not recommend anyone to buy it. New from the box and can not get satisfaction it took me a month to correct one year warranty information with whirlpool . whirlpool wanted me to rate their microwave so here it is.I’ll never buy from them again what a headache!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A tale of two Whirlpool Microwaves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this microwave 2 months ago to replace a 7 year old Whirlpool microwave. The new one is fine but the prior oven was total garbage! I had to replace the Magnatron tube every 2 years on the old unit. I was so tired of repairing it that I replaced it. I only purchased the newest Whirlpool due to the ease of installation on the same bracket. However I am very apprehensive about the reliability of my new oven. If it gives me problems, this will be my last Whirlpool product. The sad fact is that multiple brands of microwaves come from the same Chinese factory. Buyer beware!
