Nice appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking, nice features, and it does a great job. Although the touch pad lacks sensitivity. It seems that you have to push it quite hard to get it to respond.

However, after specifically purchasing this model/brand for the metal shelf, I was told not to use it, because it was metal. And then he said not to leave it in the oven unless using....I had a prior micro with that shelf and never had problem in 15 years. Why put the metal shelf in?

Very efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quick buttons. It heats thoroughly and is very efficient. The only complaint I have is the small turntable. My last one had a big rectangular one that I liked better.
