[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently purchased this. Haven't used it yet to cook items, but warming food up is great because it never dries out. The sensor is part of the reason, which times reheating correctly. This is also easy to use and comes with an optional shelf, so more than one item can be cooked or reheated. Highly recommend this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit I had before was a Kitchen Aid(whirlpool) & loved it. It was a 1000 watt and the new one is 1000 watts. Have had to add about 20% more time to get it to cook the same on 100%. Also on the popcorn setting same brand out of same box, old unit would finish with about 5 popcorn kernel not popped, on new unit there are about 25-30 kernels NOT popped???
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed about a month ago and it has worked good thus far. No major complaints at this time, but as it is fairly new it is hard to say. LED screen is easy to read, user friendly. !0 year old daughter has not trouble.
