[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Whirlpool microwave was put in new in 2002 when I built my house and lasted 17 years -- I hated having to buy a new one but when the old one doesn't work anymore.....well, I figure it gave me a good long service life. The new one, although a bit different and requiring re-training, is meeting up to my expectations of Whirlpool.
