Great Samsung replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave as a replacement for our *4 year old* Samsung microwave. The Samsung microwave still worked, but the keypad was sporadic at best. Microwaves have 2 jobs: 1) the keys need to work and 2) heat food. Seems pretty simple, but Samsung has failed here. Whirlpool has met my expectations for a microwave! The buttons work, every time and the food is hot or defrosted. Pretty basic.
I would recommend this to a friend!
