A Microwave is a Microwave - right??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Whirlpool microwave prior to this one and so I don't see a lot of difference in the 2. I loved my old one and I love my new one! I have had it only about 1 month so I haven't used all the features yet. My new one has 3 fan levels which I like above my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like th unit. the only option I wish this unit had is the "one touch" cooking. What I mean by that is if you want to boil water for 2 mins you would only have to press the #2 button and it would automatically strt and cook for 2 mins. My old unit had this for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mins. Now if I want to boil water for 2 mins, instead of one touch, it is 4 touch. Not a biggie, but a convenience we got used to with our old machine.

Looks good, easy to install, heats evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the hood fan in my house, and had it installed in about 1.5 hours. Instructions were pretty clear. For cooking, it heats quickly and evenly. The sensor reheat does NOT work at all. I had set the microwave for 1 dinner plate, and after 5 minutes, I had to open the door to see overcooked meal. I've tried different settings with Reheat, and the microwave will never shut off without manual interference. The sound notification is gentle and distinct, and is a big improvement from any others that I have used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new wave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave does everything awesomely although I did burn up my potatoes trying to let the microwave decide if they were done. Mostly I just reheat food, melt butter and I love the +30 second button. Love the tones for the timer and when food is done. Love the light. Haven’t used the shelf yet. I installed it so I was pretty proud
of myself. I wasn’t going to spend this much or get this big or fancy of a model but when the old one died I had to get what I could find in stock, so I could put it up that day, in the words of my daughter over the lack of an operational microwave, “I can’t live like this!” I am pleased with my choice.
