[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new Whirlpool microwave with the exception of the choice of beeps. The “it’s done” alert would be better with a simple loud beep rather than the alert that it has.

Hate the wire rack and the side holders for it - not necessary for me.

Whirlpool microwave so far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for about 2 weeks now. We like how easy the door opens on this microwave and it is quiet compared to past products, of another brand. Easy to use and install over our stove wasn’t too bad. Definitely takes 2 people for install. Has some nice features like steaming. It seems to work faster than our past microwaves (heat and defrost quicker)
We’ll see if it holds up. We used and upgraded product line, not whirlpool, for our past microwaves. The product failed within 2 years so I paid to have the main heating unit replaced. It lasted for 8 more years. Figuring it was a product defect I purchased the same upgrade product, to match the kitchen appliances when it recently stopped working. That unit made it just over a year (past warranty). We are done with that brand and now trying whirlpool based on others reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave part works perfectly. The issue I have is with the small fan underneath. It's so small it only captures a small amount of steam. Whether I'm boiling water or using a frying pan you can see most of the smoke goes up in the ceiling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install, pretty finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave in black stainless and it’s very sharp looking. Easy, intuitive controls. Was easy to install. The Whirlpool ‘chime’ is a bit over the top, I’d prefer a simpler signal for when the microwave is done cooking but overall a sleek appliance that’s easy to use.
