[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this microwave for a month, but everything seems to work the way it should. Two complaints I have is, one the metal rack is supposed to be taken out of the microwave when second-tier cooking isn't being done. If you leave the rack in, sometimes an electric arc jumps between the rack and the bracket screws. Two, the tune the microwave plays when the cooking is over, instead of the normal beep.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 5 weeks ago. Installed on April 17. It works very well. Having to get used to where the buttons are. Cooks everything well including sensor vegetables.

My 13 year old Whirlpool microwave was better
