[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our 19 year old Sharp microwave when it stopped working. Not many appliance centers stock over the range microwaves. We stumbled upon this Whirlpooi that was left in the store from a recent expo. We gambled on it and brought it home. It is just perfect. We love the ease of operation and the multiple functions that are available. We are looking forward to a long partnership with it!

Good, only found fault with user panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it but the only problem I have with it is the ability to view the user panel that is not lighted and unable to view without a light. It's not easy to see the written ids. The instructions aren't very clear. I'm surprise you don't have a booklet .

Love my new microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the microwave about a month ago to replace the original Whirlpool microwave that was installed in the house when we built it 12 years ago. I love the larger interior and the sleek black exterior. It cooks just as well as the original. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I haven't found a way to cancel cooking other than opening the door.
