[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day my microwave was installed the first time I tried to use the sensor option it showed a code for a humidity sensor . I called the appliance store and had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to look at it . He said it needed a control panel and sensor and it would be 3 more weeks . I called the appliance store 3 times and left messages and no one ever called me back . They should have returned my call at a minimum . Should have swapped this one out for a new one . My old Whirlpool microwave was 13 years old . This is unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Working fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had this for less than two weeks. Bought this to replace another whirlpool microwave we had for 10 years (disappointed that it didn’t last as long as a Panasonic one that is still running after 30+ years, but I guess they don’t make’em like they used to). This one works fine. The only thing is we can’t figure out how to dim the display. The clock is very bright and a little uncomfortable to look at when you need to check the time. Our previous one wasn’t as bright. It was just right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave for over the range.

The microwave oven was installed On October 7 and the display which is needed to use the appliance, quit working in the 24 hours after installation. The technician sent to fix it on the 24th of October didn't have the parts needed. He will return on November 2..Also Whirlpool has had the audacity to send me emails to purchase an extended warranty. I already have used a month of the purchase warranty waiting for a NEW appliance to be fixed. I have a Whirlpool refrigerator and dish washer, so I was brand satisfied til now.

good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like it except kind of hard to get time set without military time popping back in. also face where buttons are to touch for cooking time etc is so light. need to be darker to see better. made pop corn . the sensing feature was great. POP was WONDERFEUL WITHOUT BURNING AND NOT MANY KERNALS LEFT after that did not pop.

Perfect over the stove microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave several weeks ago and use it daily. It is just pretty to look at...sleek and clean. And it has plenty of space, a rack for two layers and a large glass turntable. There are a variety of preset functions that help to make selections. Cleans easily as well. All my appliances are Whirlpool and I would change a thing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My son was able to install it easily due to it having ,any of the prior model’s dimensions. I love it! It is easy to use and keep clean.
