[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago and I absolutely love it. The inside of these newer models range from white to dark gray or a light gray color. I didn’t like the dark gray because it was too gloomy looking but the one I selected is a light gray color that I find I actually like, and it sits lower than my old microwave so I can reach in easier to clean it. I had a loaf of frozen Italian bread that I put in the oven to thaw. It was my first real test. The bread thawed very well except for the middle which was cool to the touch, but the bread from the "elbows" in toward the center was like a fresh loaf, warm and still had some crispiness to the crust. It wasn't tough or rubbery either. I was worried about mastering the sub-menus, but I found them to be very simple to understand and utilize. I also like the new "done" sound which is more like a chime. It isn't that monotonous loud beep! I think another light toward the back might be beneficial to short people like me. With this new microwave, I'm glad that my old one went kaput!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love the many cooking features built into the microwave! One of what I feel is an important feature, especially prior to purchasing it, was the type of clips installed to the inside walls of the unit that hold the metal shelf, and how they would keep the shelf from accidentally touching the back wall of unit, preventing scorch marks. "It passed my inspection"!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the microwave for one month! Very easy to use! Love the large capacity and the turntable can be removed for larger dishes. I used the sensor cooking feature and loved it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved my old whirlpool microwave so much, just had to replace it with another one! Simple and easy to use. Had to get help installing it because it was too heavy for me to lift by myself. It works great!
