Loving My New Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months ago, still learning all the great features. Don't know why they want me to remove the rack when cooking in it, unless I am using the rack??? Buy other than that LOVE IT.

It also is alot more quieter that my previous one, especially when it is done with the option I've selected. No loud ding, just a softer sound. I also like the size of it was well, I am very happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROWAVE LIKE IT VERY MUCH EXCEPT WHEN YOU HAVE TO REMOVE GLASS TRAY TO CLEAN IT IS VERY HARD TO LINE UP WITH MIDDLE PIECE THAT HAS WHEELS ,IT KEEPS SLIDING AROUND. ON MY OLDER ONE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. I SUGGEST THAT YOU TAKE SOME ACTION AND TRY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM I AM EXPERIENCING, IT IS VERY UN-NERVING.
