Nice Microwave But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first of these went bad in a little less than five years; because it was part of a set (dishwaher, oven, etc.), we purchased the exact same model as it hadn't changed. It's a good microwave, but the drawback is that it only lasted 5 years - we expected a bit better but maybe our expectations were/are too high. No slam - as microwaves go, it's good, just shouldn't go bad in 5 years.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our microwave. This one fit perfectly and looks great. The only issue I have with it is the instructions are very minimal and do not explain that there is no start, stop, or clear button. We had to call the company to figure out how to turn it on and off.

Poor Lifespan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave 9 months ago and it already dose not heat up food. A Microwave that can not even make it a year without having an internal part break, is not something I would recommend someone to purchase!

Vent Fan not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave came with the new build as part of the appliance package. In testing out the appliance, I immediately became aware that their was no suction at all; even with the vent fan on HIGH. The steam from the stove rose in front of the microwave and to my upper cabinets which unfortunately damaged them (and the damaged cabinets is the reason for the 1 star). Customer care was supposed to take care of this, but I've heard nothing yet. I don't know if it's something that can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced, but I'm patiently waiting.

Service is terrible !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On 12/25/22 while using my microwave it sparked in one corner and has me very concerned as to why this happened. In the weeks that followed I tried to reach a representative via phone to no avail. I looked on-line and in my instruction manual and found no answers as to why this happened. I finally did a chat and was told the wait time is 45-50 minutes which is unacceptable. I would not recommend Whirlpool as a good company to deal with. Very dissatisfied.

Great Features
