Our old washer was very loud and had to re-do the "rinse and spin" cycle quiet often. This machine has worked perfectly. I have changed the default settings at times and I have always been satisfied with the results. Only problem I have is that the "download" feature is android, I have a Mac.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance

I bought this as a replacement for an LG washer that I bought 3years ago. My old LG washer was also an excellent appliance that unfortunately saw its untimely demise when my son tried to wash sixteen towels at once. It was a pleasant surprise to find a newer model that was compatible with my stackable LG dryer. I was pleased that the new one fit exactly where the old one did. I didn’t have to buy the matching dryer the older model fit into the stacking bracket without any issues.
