Finally a home appliance worthy of 21st Century!

Despite some negative reviews which might be related to software upgrades our unit (touch wood) has been working flawlessly for couple of months now. The touch screen is easy to use, provide more information and more pleasing than any other wall oven and best of all it look worthy of an equipment for the International Space Station :)

So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 25-year old GE combo with this unit. As some other reviewers stated, our clock would mysteriously malfunction sometimes for the first few months, but no trouble lately. All else works well, hope we can get many years of service. Love the sunset bronze color, had to search on internet across the US to find one, visitors all love the color, too. Whirlpool made a bad call by discontinuing the color so soon after its introduction.

Can’t keep time or date

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had all control modules and wiring harnesses replaced but continue to have issues with this unit
Last week we had to shutoff the power to reset the microwave
We have been disappointed in the product
Service group has been responsive and keep trying to resolve any issues but we keep having issues
We believe you will have to replace this one too
This is a replacement for our original unit
This has not been the norm for our Whirlpool priducts

Troubled Appliance

I love the available features of this appliance, however I am disappointed in the reliability of the electronics. The screen frequently freezes and requires a hard reset at the breaker. The oven has also simply restarted and shut down during some cooking cycles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
