[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rainbow Lights Mermaid was by far my daughter's favorite. She couldn't wait for it to come in the mail! She had been waiting since the day that we picked it out to review to be able to take her in the bathtub. This doll is fantastic, you can activate the lights two ways: by pushing her necklace or placing the sensors on her back in water. The lights are definitely a rainbow of great color! They lit up a dark room rather well, lol. My daughter couldn't wait to take her on overnight visits so she can show her off to our family. This is definitely a doll for a girl of any age. The only thing that I didn't like about the doll, there were only two little streaks of pink in her hair, located in the front near her face. While it isn't a deal breaker, it could have used just a tad more pink.
Pros: High quality, she's gorgeous!, two ways to light her up.
Cons: too little pink in her hair.

Great toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the mermaid in the mail today and my 3 year old daughter is in love with it! The flashing lights are entertaining! I just wish that it had a few accessories like a comb especially since it will be used in the water.
Pros: Durable
Cons: no combs or brushes

Excellent Bath Toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters both love this bath toy. It has been the star every night since receiving it. The flowing hair and tail motion when they play with it in the water as well as the multi color light reflections on the bottom of the bath tub have made this toy an instant hit. On a personal note, I am excited that this is an age appropriate bath toy for my 4 year old given that the majority of bath toys in the market are geared towards younger children. My daughter did mention however that she would like the tail to move more.

Rainbow Lights Mermaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is obsessed with Mermaids. She loves taking this doll in the bath tub, pool and even the kitchen sink to watch Barbie swim. The bright colors make Barbie appear whimsical. It was great that the Barbie could go from land to sea. The doll was durable yet perfect for a 3 year old to play with.

Lights Up Our Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie was bought for my youngest daughter (3) who loves dolls.
The packaging was easy and perfect since my little girl could hardly wait for me to get her out.
The doll lights up at different speeds and is so much fun to play with, especially in the bath. When she enters the water, her tail lights up, which is wonderful because my daughter would forget to press the button underwater. Barbie also drains really well. The water only goes into her tail, and it drains easily out of the bottom of the tail when you take it out of the water.
My daughter loves this doll. She carries it around with her everywhere. We will soon be buying a second one for my other daughter so they can play mermaids together.
Pros: High quality, Durable, drains well, beautiful lights, easily assembled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rainbow lights Barbie was so cool ! The 4 different light patterns were so bright that my friends 1 yr old was infatuated with the colorful lights ! My granddaughter never put it down ! The lights turn on by pressing the easy to find button located on the front of the doll which was a big plus ! The only complaint I have personally I wish she moved at the waist so that you could put her in the sitting position. Overall a very cute and colorful Barbie that lives up to her name and gives hours of play time.
Pros: High quality
Cons: doesn't bend at waist
