Switched to the Galaxy S9 from my Note 4, i won't go in to how much I miss the IR Blaster function, but I will say this is a fairly nice phone so far. Its sleek and looks great, operates fast, and most issues I have are just adjusting to a new phone since my previous one was nearly six years old. Issues I do need to point out are common, the Bixby button gets mistaken for the volume buttons a lot which is a bit of a pain. Also as this phone is much thinner than my Note 4 and pretty much made entirely of glass on the outside it can be slippery, as such before even having it for a week it slipped out of my pocket while i was watching TV and both scratched and dented the top right corner of my phone which was extremely disappointing as it was a distance no more than 2 feet while my Note 4 was in my pocket when I get hit by a car and the only scratches I had on it in 5.7 years of use was from accidentally dragging the screen across a chipped piece of my night table.
Be sure to get a case for this phone as much as that ruins its aesthetic, they don't make them like they used to.
Not as intuitive as my LG-G6 or Microsoft Phone, but I am starting t get use to it. Bixby is useless, I wish I could get it off my phone. Seems to be good on the battery. Time is a major factor with me, in 3 years, ask me again how I like it.
Short battery life. The phone has a really short battery life compared to my last phone note 9. It broke after I dropped it and I could not do the trade in
