Samsung truly has the best displays out there. I came from an iphone and pixel and Samsung has them beat. The sound quality is amazing with dolby atmos giving it souround sound. My only complaint is it freezes alot more than I expected but I believe its because all the bloatware.

I love, love, love this phone! However, since the most recent system update that occurred June 17, 2019, something screwy is going on while texting. As I am typing out my text, the cursor will sporadically move to the beginning of the message on its own. This is driving me nuts! Please, Samsung, put out a bug fix for this so I don't throw this phone through a window or something. Thank you!

Bought this phone unlocked, with a 300 trade in value. I love it! Very smooth and fast, super good camera.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, super smooth.
Cons: no cons.

I absolutely love my new Samsung Galaxy S9 in replacement of my S7. So far, I have not experienced any issues in relation to the device. Everything has just been a breeze with the hardware down to operating Android 8.0. At first I was a little confused about the device being more tall compared to previous models but it works out perfect for holding it with one hand. I get roughly about 2 days on a single charge which is not bad figuring I'm on the road all the time traveling an average of 250 Miles using GPS, streaming music, and constantly emailing my Clients.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
I would recommend this to a friend!

The phone itself is nice. The problems are that once again Samsung has made weak and ineffective charging system that breaks and renders several awesome features of the phone worthless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the phone with one exception. WHY did Samsung do away with custom message tones? PLEASE bring them back in next software upgrade. Other than that, the camera is amazing! Display is very sharp. Battery life is very good so far.

Battery just gives up after just one year

When I buy a phone brand new, I expect it to last more than a year. Buying a phone for this much money should not be an annual thing. I expected quality and durability and now the phone literally will not charge. Completely useless
