s3 to s9 surprises

Porting data is a mess. The Amazon versions of apps for music and images that replaced those on my good old S3 are inferior with my new S9. I need some user doc to transition to the S9. Where is it?

This phone cuts off and back on ALL the time. Drops calls A LOT. Freezes up and I have to shut it off. First Galaxy I've been disappointed with.

Multiple windows and pip

I would like to compliment you. Thank you. I drive lyft. I open up the google map and the lyft app. I navigate with ease between them I am soon also going to drive uber. By tapping three lines a driver can move between them nicely. The pip makes it nice to go somewhere in between rides. Thank you I do have a suggestion. Is itca possibility to ask google to activate the app without pressing the thress lines. It would make ridessharing safer by not taking eyes off road. I just want to say please dont take that away ever. I dont know what i would do. The bixy thing. I think you know.

I love my new Samsung S9

This phone is just so intuitive, and quick, there's no lag between opening an app and getting things done! 64 gig on board and up to 400 gig on memory card, what else could you ask for. Samsung is the BEST!

At random times, my phone does not allow me to call, text, or receive calls from my husband who has the S9+. When this happens, I have to do a General Management Reset. This clears all my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections though so I have to log back in to all of them. Very disappointed with this phone.

Would have gave 5 stars but the screen cracks way too easy. I even put a more expensive, more durable screen protector on it the second time and it still cracked with smallest incident. We have 3 all together and they all have cracked screens. Screen quality is so good you can hardly tell is cracked while it's only though. Overall this phone is awesome
