the phone is nice i guess, everything is nice i guess but id think the s10 would be the cooler upgrade... maybe theyll put up a great deal with the trade in for the s9..

No split screen

I've been s Samsung Galaxy user since I can remember and one of the features that I have always loved is the split screen. Well with this new update there's no split screen option and this is really upsetting. I also don't like how the look of apps and features within the software kind of mirror an iPhone.

After paying over 4 figures for a phone, you'd expect it to work properly when you leave the store. A phone that doesn't turn to the minute the new one is released! Now nothing works properly and I will absolutely NEVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN!!!!!!

I really have come to despise this phone. I have heard from many people that Samsung phones would be better than Apple, so I decided to give it a try. I got the Galaxy S9 a few months ago. I already hated it. First of all, it impaired my ability to pick up orders through Shipt when changing wifis. I never once had that problem with Apple. Then, it is not as user friendly. I have to push more buttons to get to where I want to go. No matter what I do with the volume, the sound of my texts are the same whether I turn it up or all the way down. What I hate the most is that my messages always have to be downloaded, and if they are in group message, they come in separately and then must be downloaded. I have already messed with all the settings. I've done my research on the matter and even watched YouTube videos, nothing works. Also, I used to be able to send videos and voice recordings with my old Apple. You would think with a phone about 4-5 years newer that it would be able to send that basic data. Nope. I'm not trying to say Apple is better, but I'm saying this is a real piece of trash phone. And I'm no novice to technology. The only good thing about this phone is the camera.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Forced Samsung Ads

the phone itself is as good as any other smartphone no complaints there. i absolutely despise the fact that samsung sends notifications to your phone containing ads for their new products. i left apple a long time ago and never looked back but those ads make me want to stop buying samsung products.

More headache then it was worth

It all started out well, then the app cell wouldnt stop getting slower spying on me running several apps when I asked it not to. That cell should last 18 hours. I helped program it and im sad to say it isn't worth it mines broke. I hope the S10 is better. All I want is my cell to listen to only me, especially spending 900 dollars the cell should know this person owns this cell. Unfortunatly government data and marketing all have higher classifications on that cell then the owner.
