Good phone but

Dont get me wrong the phone is great and i do love it but the brightness of the screen is not good. No matter how high i put the brightness i still struggle at times, especially in the sun to see anything. Ive changed the settings multiple times but even then to see anything properly i have to be in the shade

Notifications Bar Constant Problem

I've had this phone for about six months. Finally, after an update, I was able to at least control the icons in the Notifications Bar. I WISH I COULD TURN IT OFF because it pulls down when I'm on the phone. I can't use the phone up to my ear. Also, on Wifi, the emails won't download and I have constant connection issues with my Messages on Web (Google Product). Will likely turn this phone in for something else. SAMSUNG - get rid of Bixby and Notification Bar - they are awful features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Camera stopped working in less than a year

Getting so tired of Samsung devices stopping working. My S9's camera stopped working and I hadn't even had the phone for a year. I took it back to Bell as I had protection plan and ended up just getting a new phone... This time a Google. Having a good, working camera is important to me so I was really upset when mine stopped.

Great Phone, One glaring flaw.

I am not a fan of bloatware, a good example might be Bixby, but it can be minimized.
A really great phone with one glaring flaw that I will be returning the phone for.
On speakerphone, the mic sounds muffled and difficult to hear when in LTE. The phone must be placed into 2G or 3G setting for the mic to function normally.
Essentially LTE is data and calls made via LTE are basically VOIP. With speakerphone selected the noise attenuating algorythm that minimises backround sound thus avoiding sending needless packets of data via LTE is too aggressive and is negatively impacting voice quality.
There is currently no fix and Samsung has not recognised the issue. A simple Google search for speaker phone issues will tell you all u need to know.
