I have been Samsung loyal since the S3. They are extremely reliable phones, getting better each year. The S9 is a sleek looking phone. I have a problem with how easy it is to accidentally open up Bixby when I am trying to turn up/down the volume or snapping a selfie. Also bring back the individual text tone options! It has been on many of the previous Galaxies, why change now?
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, good camera
Cons: extremely breakable, no individual text tones
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had a galaxy for as long as they have been making them and by far am I most disappointed with this one. The one thing I loved about these phones was the customization and now it seems that the option for text background is gone and replaced by themes that I have no use for. Very disappointed.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new phone - the S9 is everything I had hoped it would be and more. Super fast and battery lasts forever. Thank you Samsung for a great product!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

You can't flip a video sideways, are you serious??? Keypad is.the most horrible thing you've done yet. Get rid of Bixby or I'm never buying nother Samsung. Everything wlse is PERFECT.

Not happy with the removal of the scheduled text message option. Nor the new look on the icon's, some of them look more carton-nish and cheap looking.
