I own this piece of hardware, yet I dont own it at all. The bootloader is locked, and I am unable to take root authority of the software. I'm tired of samsung bloat software and annoying ui decisions.

Rushed program to get pie out. To many bugs

Had no issue with phone after it went to Oreo. I'm on Verizon and had a service issue. When getting a new sim card installed and fixing program errors my phone went to pie. Phone signal seems worse drops calls more often. Wifi signal isn't there, have to be in same room or just in next for use. My email hasn't worked right since, battery life was horrible due to Bixby. Which sucks that you can't turn it off without signing up. Multiple apps no longer ping notifications. Even after I spent the time to factory reset phone these problems are happening. Looks like my next phone will not be a Samsung if they keep Bixby.

Good space, good pictures, bad battery :(

After begging my husband for months to get new phones we decided on the Samsung galaxy S9 for both of us. Oh boy I was SO SO SO excited when I got mine, after having the same phone for 3 years the sound is amazing the pictures are high quality the space is well very spacious but the battery life SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!! Oh yeah it charges fast but mine or my husbands (same phones) loses battery very quickly always have to have the charging block or chargers with us! All this space and no battery life to power it =( !!! Definitely wished I would have known this before getting stuck with it for 2 years!!! If the battery life is garbage after 1 month these next 2 years are gonna be rough!!!

I am a long time (10+years) Samsung Galaxy purchaser and I want to drive over this S9 with my car. How can I absolutely love my S8, which my daughter broke, and decide to upgrade and it blows? DO NOT buy an S9!!! I've gotten storage warnings ever since I transferred my information, never happened on the S8 with the same storage capacity. The speaker phone feeds back to the person on the other end, so they complain to be taken off speaker. The camera lags. I hate this phone with every fiber of my being. --☆☆☆☆☆(that's a negative sign) Shame on you Samsung, you should have tested this phone before you put it out to the public.

I have to restart the phone several times a day or it takes several minutes longer to complete a task like opening photos. I do not have hardly anything stored on my phone, clear cache all the time, no changes my iphone 6 looks likes its from the future compared to how well this runs. Battery life is nice but i rarely use it do to how poorly it runs its become little more than a pretty flip phone

This is my third Galaxy. I love it. The curved sides that create the 3d effect are awesome.
