Screen scratches too easy and the GPS sucks

I thought I was getting an upgrade from my S7 and S8 active.. NOPE.. The screen took some deep scratches within days of getting the phone.. I have never had a phone gouge like this.. And now after only a few months of using this phone the GPS signal is terrible and others that I know that have the phone have the same issue.. Last I can tell the phone is slower and the battery not holding a charge like it did when new.. My S7 and S8 have lasted longer.. What a shame...

Horrible voice recognition

I had my s7 for several years and loved it. It got damaged beyond repair and I HAD to replace it and got the s9 a couple months ago. Overall the phone is fine, but the voice recognition and the intuitive text absolutely gets on my nerves. My s7 was near flawless in these categories. For example, I say "am i" and it types MI. I get the confusion, but shouldn't it put a real word out there first. And forget about numbers. Typing text isn't much better. I can type "lo" and it will finish it with some crazy thing like " look n lid". I have no idea what it is thinking.
I am a huge Samsung guy. All my family have the apple stuff, but i have never owned an iphone and don't really care to, but this is ridiculous. If it was just one that didn't work right (typing or voice) I could use the other, but they both give me grief.
Not really a fan of the curved edge either, but it's ok.
I have been using Samsung phones since about 1997 and this is the first time I have had a negative issue.
Come on Samsung, you can do better.

Worst Battery life never expected this from samsun

I bought this S9 and its battery lasts only for 12 hours maximum.
Screen eats away all the battery.
Applied all optimization techniques but dint work.
S9 cannot be considered a flagship phone at all.
Waste of money..

I am using this mobile from last 6 months and I never had a issue with performance. Photo quality was good ... network quality is the one Samsung has to work on.

Terrible phone

Listen it does all the basic stuff. But the camera is TERRIBLE. If you record concerts or anything you will be EXTREMELY disappointed. The audio it picks up whilst taking video is absolutely terrible. I'm in a band- I shoot video. Basically the symbols always pick up over everything else and it sounds like garbage.
Also there is this button for Bixby- some app that you can't get rid of.
Also I can't upload music onto my phone from my laptop- it doesn't recognize it at all. I can't even get files from my phone to my computer (so yes I had to email all 100+ photos I've taken via email)
It's terrible
Bottom line- it's horrible, not what I expected at all.

It's a wonderful phone but I did not realize that it has European plug charger with it and I have to buy an adapter for US outlets .

Great, until the Pie Update

When i got his phone in 2018 I absolutely loved it. It was the best phone I had ever gotten I enjoyed this great quality and freedom for months. All of this changed dramatically when I was forced to install the Android Pie update. This changed nearly everything i loved about having the phone. I am also unhappy with the navigation bar. it used to be super convenient, but now on most apps, there is a half-inch of digital bezel space that i cant get rid of. There is no sense in having a phone with no home button, only to have it put back in in an extremely annoying manner. the worst part is, it conceals itself completely on some apps like it used to, but now it only does it on half. I also find the new icons horrendous. I loved this phone a lot, and I realize this does not all fall on Samsung. If there was a way to downgrade to Oreo i would take it gladly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
