Not fun to use

I bought this phone about six months ago and I have come to hate it. Firstly, Samsung keep trying to thrust their own apps and platforms in the user's face, even if you use Google or third party alternatives. Everything right down to the clock app and the weather widget. Secondly, the camera app is awful — hard to operate, and it can't seem to handle auto-exposure: if there's any sky at all in your photo, everything else will be dark. Finally, that stupid dedicated button for Bixby — I'm constantly hitting it by accident, because it's exactly opposite the power button, and Bixby takes a while to load and then dismiss. It's really difficult to give Samsung product feedback and when you do, nothing happens. I want a phone that respects my preferences and offers Samsung tools rather than trying to force me to use them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Phone I've ever had!

I upgraded from the S8, wasn't sure at first since it looked exactly the same. But I am sooo glad I did. They fixed what didn't work and improved the things that did. I love this phone and think it's the greatest phone on the market!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Built-in speakers

Well, I took the leap of moving from iPhone to Samsung. I've never had a samsung before and wanted a change but worried that I wouldn't like it. Well, I need not have worried. The phone is so user friendly, the camera is amazing, the apps are great, the battery lasts really well, the screen is super clear...I am a definate convert!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate my phone

I have had a lot of problems with this phone. I took it back to Verizon before my 14 days were up and told them I hated it. All was done is they called customer service and they were supposed to have fixed the issues. I continue to have dropped calls, people not being able to hear me and poor service at home and many places that I had no problem with my old phone. As soon as I am able I can I plan to get another phone but I am stuck with this one for 2 years! I have told many of my friends NOT to purchase this phone. I would not recommend it to anyone. Going to Verizon doesn't do any good. It is Not worth the money! My husband has the S8 and has no problem with it.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, has very bad performance!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Little disappointed with the touch screen

I recently changed from galaxy s8. I have been using this for a week now and to be honest the product does not have much improvement from the previous model. I would say the battery lasts longer and camera a little better (but not a significant improvement from s8).
One thing I noticed about this is though, I have trouble typing sometimes. Especially when I am trying to type "a" or "l" on the keyboard, I find myself pressing repeatedly which was not the case with my previous galaxy s8. I am not too sure if this only happens to mine but it is very disappointing to see that Samsung did not get the basic right.
