Good but need better bands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the watch. I feel much better knowing I can call and track my little one anytime. But the band is so hard to put on (my son has a very small wrist) and very hard to take off. I think this needs to be fixed. I'm afraid that this band will break and I can't find a replacement. It's sold out and not a lot of stores carry them. It'll be pointless to have this watch if my child cannot use it.
Another thing is there is no feature for a 911 call in
case of emergency.
Also I see that gizmopal has a screen feature which makes it easier to make a call. Unlike the gizmopal 2, you have to wait for it to talk to tell you the contact list. I think all gizmo watch should have this feature of being able to see your contact list. I understand that not all kids that have this are able to read but I think having both (screen and voice) is a good idea for this watch.
And last, volume. It would be nice if the watch itself has the option of volume control. And a better one too. Sometimes I'm having a hard time listening to my son at school because it's loud around him or vice versa.
But I would still recommend having this. It's not as expensive and comes in handy for little kids.
JUST PLEASE FIX THE BANDS.

Best Investment Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our 6 year old son who was starting first grade and riding the bus. It's great that we can setup the app to check on him at a certain time of the day to make sure he is, where he's supposed to be. When the bus is taking longer than expected, we can easily check his whereabouts via the app as well.
Things that I hope they improve on:
*The device can be turned off from the app but cannot be turned on from the app. This is a pain because we have the sounds turned off during the school day, so our son may hit the buttons to turn it off when not intending to.
*Real time GPS would be very helpful.
*A protective cover which would cover the buttons and help prevent "butt dialing". This happens weekly for us and I'm hoping the teacher is patient enough not to take this device away.
*Smaller design; seems bulky for something that doesn't have an actual screen.

Biggest design flaw is that you can turn the Gizmo off via the app but if the Gizmo is turned off by a child or kidnapper you cant turn it back on via the app. Whats the point of having this is, if it can be turned off. Also why is the screen so big if it doesn't do much?

The GizmoPal 2 is a great device and it comes with awesome features. You can use the GizmoHub app to turn off the GizmoPal 2 from your smartphone. At this time however there is not an option to turn the device on from the application. Must have if you have kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 of these watches. I'm using them more than a year. I like it so much. You can track where kids are Everytime. I can send my kids to school, playground and stay calm because I feel my kids are safe with this watches. If they leave the area I have indicated in application my phone gives me an alert message.

Good Idea- Not great technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my son today. Was told he could have 5 contacts, only allows 4. Also told 10 #s would be allowed to call him. Still only 4. With 5 people responsible for him, it is not as good of a deal as I would have hoped.
Pros: easy to use

Great product!

Finally something that is suitable for a person with developmental delays and physical impairment. I like the simplicity. I like the affordability. The only things I'd might change to make it more accessible is voice calling, I'd add 10 numbers vs. 4. And perhaps a touch screen. Voice calling though would make this close to perfect. I would also change the app to make it say the name of who you are calling vs friend, uncle etc. Like it does. Overall a great device.
