poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had 2 months and am on my 3rd band poor design on the plastic clasp and LG will not take any responsibility even though it is a common problem. items marketed to kids should stand up to more abuse. i would recommend avoiding the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device it's self is fine but the wristband is horrible. I can't find a replacement band because it is sold out everywhere. I see a lot of reviews saying the same thing. Just fix the band!!!
Also it's not cool that you have to select yes I want to recive promotions in order to write this review. The only email I want to receive is the band for the gizmo has been fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the watch but it’s only usable in the band and they’ve become inpossible to replace! Nowhere seems to have the bands for them anywhere?! Why would you sell a product that you can’t get replacement parts for! Very frustrating !

Only recomendation for future software update is to add some type of SOS, where the watch can ping parent phone in cases of emergency.

Purchased for my boys. First the colors are very popular for boys. The blue is a turqoise and the other color is pink. So, they get you to buy a different color. The band is not flexible and is not very comfortable. Both bands broke in the first month. The hook on the band breaks off. It's a good idea but needs much improvement.

Why is it only on the Verizon network? I would buy them for my two kids, but once I left verizon I cannot go back...Please allow other carriers

Needs a better band

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Gizmo Pal 2 (grandchildren) and the band buckle has broken on 2 of them. This watch is great for keeping track of the kids and finding out where they are. Love the gps locator. My problem is the band. I cant seem to find replacement bands, which makes this useless!

Simple and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE love this for my dad who refuses to carry a cell phone. He has mild dementia so the tracker is the best feature. He has a hearing issue and it is hard to hear when it rings.We hope that when there is an update that the ringer and volume can be increased as I imagine other older people with hearing issues would benefit from the sound being louder.
