It’s a great device but band size small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this device like a week ago. My son has been using it since but the problem is that the band is small. So he tries not to keep it on for long periods of time. Overall I give this device a 3.5 out of 5 even the app is very accurate!!!! Hope they come out with bigger bands for kids that are a little chubby.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so great gadget

This is a great concept, but there is a lot of background noise, it takes 3 minutes to locate your child, and the gadget has quite a few limitations!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that i can track my daughter, she can call or text me but the huge CON on this product is NO 911 feature. In todays society it would be good to have a quick option god for bid if something happens at school or should she get kidnapped OR even should elderly have this product and are having a heart attack its a quick simple press of the button...i hope they add this feature in a software update soon then it would be perfect.I understand there is the gps feature but i do not check it every minute and it only takes seconds to grab a child. please consider adding this feature soon.

Awesome concept!

I got a blue one for my grandbabies to make communication easier with their Daddy. It works great, sound is pretty good, they like it, but the battery life is horrible! One conversation with Daddy uses 60% of the charge. Plugging it in is cumbersome, so it consistently shuts itself off. A Qi charger would make things sooooo much easier. Any chance that might happen?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG just updated the GizmoHub app. And it is wonderful! It has excellent tracking, it has notifications for location of the children, and you can put in up to 10 numbers. It has preset texts that you create, but the child can send a voice text, that is very useful as texting is cumbersome for a child anyway. The downside is they can’t call 911, so you have to put the police station in as a number. Also, it would be nice to have more than 10 numbers since my child is getting a bit older and has more friends. I my child to have a smart phone yet. The watch is also hard to loose since it’s on the wrist. Also, it would be nice to have Bluetooth or a Port for headphones, as all calls are on speaker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great device, with minor concerns

Son loves a device I like the interaction of the online app it's very easy to use sometimes with the best of connection The Hub takes a minute to load up and also to locate my son's watch one thing that they can improve on is the sounds are great but sometimes since kids are active they need a vibrate on their device that way they can feel instead of hearing the device that'll make a big difference cuz many times I call my son and he doesn't hear it cuz he's active in his playing.

Good and bad

The screen is very exposed and replacement parts are hard to find. The app is pretty user friendly most of the time and you can control the most important settings. The watch is really bulky and the band construction is not very convenient. I bought three for my kids and they love being able too call each other as they please.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
