[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month agoafter it ws recommeded by one of my friends. It turned out to be a great investment. I don't use it very often but it is a great laptop. One of the selling points for me was how light it was. Hardly feel as if you are carrying a laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the X1 Carbon a week ago and have transitioned all my work software with ease (quickbooks, windows office). I tend to be rough on equipment being in the commercial repair business but these Thinkpads can handle a beating. I have yet to get this one into any turmoil being only a week old but the Thinkpad laptops are bullet proof and you can't go wrong. I can have multiple windows and tasks running at one time with no lag or hinderence in the laptops performance. The display is great and easy on the eyes and I for one particulaly like the webcam blocker for that added sense of privacy. Lenovo always made great Thinkpads and I believe they made a lifer out of me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my X1 now for two weeks and love it. It's a very small profile for a 14 inch machine and the SSD drive makes it very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my computer for my home after using one professionally for 3+ years and couldn't be happier. It is lightweight and ultra fast. The touchscreen is a must for tight seating on an airplane. Battery life is more than ample for a travelling business day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
