[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably the best all around performance laptop I ever had. Super light weight. Even though it is a 14" laptop in size and weight It competes and easily surpasses most high-end 13" laptops. I love the carbon chassis material. It is fully configurable, including an anti-glare non-touch screen option which is fantastic for doing work outdoors where sun glare can be a problem. Overall I am extremely pleased with the quality and uniqueness of this laptop.

Good computer! I had to change my Dell for this one because of constant blue screen crashes... The X1 is very elegant and basically is weightless. I bought the high resolution screen and the quality of the colors and image is impressive. I am very happy with my acquisition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A solid business machine built tuffer than nails yet faster and lighter than it's size lets you believe. Pair it with "the not tested for compatibility "Lenovo graphics dock, and you have the ultimate work station!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 6th Gen X1 Carbon last week and has been using it most of the time since then. My observations are:
1. Gorgeous and crisp display to behold. Be it text or videos.
2. 8th Gen i7 with 16 gigs of RAM combo is smooth and really powerful.
3. Typing is a joy
4. Extremely portable
5. Looks great and has a premium feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am very happy with the laptop. The screen is great, the keyboard is famously awesome. The machine is small and light.
One disappointment is the use of USB-C as a charging port. The traditional Lenovo charger connectors that look like a little metal block looked a lot more sturdy. It looks like one awkward fall of the laptop with the charger attached will wreck the port.

As an upcoming college student, I needed an efficient yet simple and compact design of a laptop that would serve my purposes for the next several years. The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon has so far provided me with more than enough of what I was looking for and I am pleased with the results.
