[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the only person in my office with a ThinkPad, everyone else uses a Mac. This machine sets the standard for getting business done. Docking easily with my Thunderbird Port, strong battery life, great integration with Office, intuitive keyboard, very professional machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was windows and centos user before switching to mac 2 years ago, my macbook pro went dead and I chose the x1 carbon as new PC, and I find it marvelous, the thin basel is awesome, the 500 nits (I’m a colorist and do a lot of hdr content) are just what I needed,
The overall system stability is very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second X1Carbon. My first is a generation 5 and works well but needed a second one (generation 6) for business reasons. Because I loved my Gen 5 so much it was a very easy decision when I needed a second laptop. This has 16GB memory and a faster processor and you definitely experience the difference. I LOVE LOVE LOVE both my X1 Carbons. Oh, did I say lightweight? It is so easy to use, carry around, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is fast, light and beautiful. I can take it to work, plug it into a dock, and have a full-featured workstation, then take it on the plane and work from there. I'm very happy with this purchase!
