[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase for work. Skipped Apple MacBook Pro, HP and Dell. I just like Lenovo the best and this does not disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have had this laptop for one week, but I am impressed so far. It's lightweight and has a smooth finish. Display is sharp. It seems to running quicker than my old HP laptop. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Lenove ThinkPad X1 Carbon two weeks ago. I use my laptop daily as I
use for work for many hours a day. I had two requirements I wanted with a new laptop and the first was battery life and the second was weight. I researched many computers and came up with this recommendation. The weight of the laptop is awesome. I can put in a tote with my purse and the charger and not be weighted down. The battery length is great so far. I have used for training all day and I am multitasking and I did not have to move to the wall to find a plug. This laptop speed for processing is great and opens up in seconds.
I am super happy with this purchase.
I have only two MINOR complaints. The first, I had read in reviews and was prepared for and that is the speakers. They are not the best I have heard, but I am not using my laptop
for the speakers so I am fine with that. The second is so minor, and I am sure I will get used to it, but in the bottom row of the keyboard, I use the Ctrl button all the time, and on this keyboard the Ctrl button is not the first one on the bottom left, there is a Fn button there first. I cannot tell you how many times I have hit the Fn C or the Fn V key and nothing happens. I will get used to it!!!

After doing a thorough review on which business laptop to buy, the thinkpad X1 Carbon, was the best option from a price/performance point of view.
So I went through and bought it. When I receive it the first impression was how light it was, also its very thin.
Performance its outstanding, best in class, and above all if you are coming short you can always upgrade it.
I would recommend it always, its worth every single dollar.
