[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it few weeks. Using for data analysis, so far its handles large data sets with ease. I just wish the track pad would be more responsive to clicks on the top part and and a large area, screen resolution still lacking behind competition despite being HD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many months of shopping for a laptop I finally decided to get the 6th Gen X1 Carbon. Being able to custom order it with a WQHD matte display was great and just what I wanted.
I love the overall design and it is hard to believe how light it is. The keyboard is fantastic and the build quality is top notch. The black finish looks so cool. It has all of the ports I want, including a micro-sd card and the variety of USB ports. It also has great Linux support. It is a beautiful machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first the small size bugged me, but after a few days lugging it around I absolutely love the size. The 14" screen with the small edges helps it feel just as big as my previous 15.6" screen. All of the ports are really in great locations and the computer is extremely fast! I got the max 16gb ram and since it has thunderbolt USB-C connectors in the future if i want to game I can connect to an eGPU!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a generally excellent and lightweight successor to the venerable Thinkpad series of laptop computers which have been the mainstay system for business travelers for many years. The sturdy chassis, first-rate keyboard and the red post in the middle of the keyboard which acts as a pointer device are all familiar to a user of prior generation Thinkpad systems. The extraordinary light weight is a bonus. Of course it would be foolish to acquire one of these systems without the NVMe protocol for the SSD which improves system performance 5X over standard SSD protocol. This reduces the need for larger memory as caching is not as critical when drive average access is so fast.
So why not five stars? The screen which is of a form factor that compared to my last Thinkpad, also a 14” diagonal screen, is actually 1/4” wider but 3/4” narrower from top to bottom. This makes Excel workbooks more difficult to use and hides content of many websites below the bottom cutoff. Lenovo needs to offer these Carbon models with a slightly larger screen.
All up, a nice product if the narrow screen is not an issue for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago. So far experience has been great in terms of whether it is keyboard response time, battery life (with one full charge works almost upto 10 hours), battery charging is fast. It has USB port which makes it so easy to use with existing devices. The webcam in-built shutter is awesome extra feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing in this laptop is the long battery life. Other good features is light weight and fast processing. Storage is a pit small 256 GB.
