[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an Mac user but needed a Windows machine. Great size and profile and look. Don't care for the Face ID because I never at the right angle. I bought it for the fingerprint ID. It is way too powerful for my use. It is not inexpensive but I will never regret the acquisition. I am unable to comment with reliability but any issues seems to be with Windows 10, not the hardware.

I then found myself in need of a new computer for my personal use. I had a chance to use a Mac and after a very short and frustrating time I made the decision to change before I went crazy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snappy boot time, i7 processor, 500 GB SSD hard drive, durable and responsive keyboard, didn't scrimp on RAM (16GB) to keep the price down, light as a feather and durable. Even like the design, and location of the power supply and finally, enough battery life to go all day long and then some without a recharge. Checks off all of my requirements. Was even able to purchase an add-on cover for the top and bottom to protect from everyday nicks and dings.
