[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my 10 yr old tower with this plus a docking station. Very pleased with the speed and simplicity of the Lenovo setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nearly everything about this laptop is phenomenal. My only complaint is that the screen ghosts, but it isn't terrible. The unboxing experience could be nicer too for such a premium product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for study and work!
Looks simple, professional and reflects taste. It also feels very comfortable when touching the surface. Screen is a bit lower resolution than my old laptop but it does feel more comfortable for user's eyes.
Fingerprint login is an interesting feature for a laptop and is very convenient to use. However, perhaps it hasn't been very mature and it often failed to sign in if I'm not using a specific small area on my fingertip, which makes it less convenient. My guess is when collecting the data of one's fingerprint, the area was originally set too narrow.
Another obvious downside of this model is the speakers. Sound effects are terrible. Definitely not a good choice for video/music streaming. The Dolby Atoms sound system did not help much in presenting better sound effect, or perhaps I'm just not using it right. I highly doubt the problem lies in the hardwares.
Overall, I have been enjoying working with this new laptop, despite some really obvious flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ThinkPad X1 under a time crunch because I’m a student and I didn’t have technological access to do remote work. It does not disappoint, it runs smoothly, it is extremely user friendly, and looks sleek. It is great for professional and personal use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight but not light on power. Very happy with the product. The updates are flowing and I am sure the hardware will shine more and more as the patches address gaps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The X1 Carbon has great build quality, a large number and variety of I/O ports, and one of the great laptop keyboards. The highlights include its light weight, very good 14 inch display and reliable performance along with the aforementioned features. Its drawbacks include subpar speakers, camera and an inconsistent fingerprint reader. Overall, I think that the X1 Carbon delivers as a high-end, durable productivity laptop.
