[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Lenovo X1 Carbon. I love the 2.5-pound portability and powerful processor that runs my applications. I travel a lot, both domestically and internationally. Having this laptop gives me the versatility and freedom I need to take it wherever I go without having to worry about lugging around an anchor weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my ThinkPad through Lenovovano was very happy with it till my headset jack would work call Lenovo support their agent worked with me for over an hour couldn't correct the problem said they would have to send an agent out to look at the unit. I couldn't believe it the very next day and age and showed up with a new motherboard installed it and the headset jack work like a charm. My main concern was losing the programs I had already loaded into the unit the guaranteed that I would still have all of my programs and sure enough he was right. I definitely would give Lenovo the best customer service rating I have ever received in my lifetime.
