The laptop does not detect my external monitor. This is the only laptop out of the 6 that I have had that does not detect an external monitor on its own. After hours of searching for answers on the internet and updating drivers recommended by the forums, it still does not recognize my external monitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design and features, but lacking programs

I purchased the computer in September and the one that i received does not have all the programs that i requested and in addition the virus software install is not sufficient this computer has been infiltrated several times I wish someone would contact me since i am very dissatisfied with the product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
