I’m a fan of Lenovo Thinkpads and it’s my favorite keyboard. This model is nice and lightweight while also feeling sturdy. Love the speed. I’m new to Windows 10, but I love the graphics and ease of navigation. Audio is awesome as well, something that is important for my profession. My user-dedicated software works beautifully with it.

Great product. The only concern I have is that with the high resolution display, many third party programs have text that is too small to read. Trying to find a way to enlarge system text (Win 10) to help compensate. Several solutions are available which modify the Registry File which I am not willing to do. Otherwise the computer is super fast, the lightest laptop I've owned, and looks/feels great too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third X1 Carbon and I absolutely love it. It’s even lighter & thinner than before and tough as nails. It looks stylish and runs everything including graphic software and large excel docs without breaking a sweat (on the i7 with 16gb ram). Love the touchscreen + keyboard - feels responsive. Couldn’t be happier.

Pros of my experience:
- No issues with ordering or delivery.
- What a nice piece of hardware! I'm blown away by its weight, feel and performance.
- Killer display. I've never seen anything so vibrant on a laptop.

Cons:
-The laptop arrived with a "stuck" pixel which has not corrected itself. It deflated quite a lot of my initial excitement to receive a product with a day 1 defect that isn't covered under warranty, and the defect is extremely noticeable due to the otherwise high quality of color reproduction that the display is capable of and the nature of the work that I'm using it for.
- There was a significant delay before shipping that wasn't communicated well at the time of purchase.
- Lenovo prevents you from installing standard graphics drivers on this laptop, and you're required to get these software updates through Lenovo directly. This was a major issue for me with my last Lenovo laptop when they stopped providing updates, leaving me with driver software that was years out of date and plagued with issues. I'm not looking forward to dealing with this problem a second time.
