The keyboard is excellent. I would have given the Gen 6 Carbon 5 stars, but the Ethernet dongle blocks the second USB-C, thunderbolt 3 port! Unless I am missing something, you can choose between having access to a Thunderbolt port or connecting to Ethernet, but not both. I'm hoping I'm wrong on this, but if I'm correct, these seems like a horrible, self-inflicted design snafu.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
