[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design & Weight is comfortable, easy to carry for the meeting. On the camera, I don't feel it so impressive. on performance, it is doing better. sometimes it gets heated a lot. being a developer I expect more latency in the place of workload. Feels good for the price

Lenovo appreciates all feedback and thank you for taking the time to rate and review our product! We apologize for your inconvenience. In looking at overheating, I would recommend making sure that your device is kept clean as well as ensuring that it is kept in the right place so that airflow is not restricted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first excellent quality laptop. It's light but feels solid, it has a great keyboard - except ctrl and windows are flipped, and it has worked with larger datasets well. My benchmark is to load up spatial datasets with about 400,000 polygons and it loaded them using QGIS relatively quickly and reloaded the view in 2-3 seconds while investigating and moving the info around. Looking forward to using this
We have all staff using these laptops for our workplace, all the way from admin to tech consultants. We get so much out of the ThinkPad X1 at such great prices.
A classic! Great portability, amazing keyboard, battle tested HW. Life without a cord would be better with a bigger battery, but it’s still pretty good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek, lightweight, and fast. We picked up this piece for a member of our sales team and it is a perfect fit. Adapter size is no bigger than an iPhone 6 (not the plus!). Laptop runs fast, starting up in seconds. Not a lot of bloatware included, which is incredibly appreciated.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Carbon X1 that I’m buying for a company, and I think it is very close to a perfect business laptop. No bloatware, no bells and whistles, no fancy keyword. But everything is working as supposed to work. A very sturdy laptop, I highly recommend it (even over the XPS 13!). One or two minor suggestions: sound may be better (this is a truly minor observation), and the output wire of the AC adapter should go out straight, not at a 90 deg. angle. Well done, Lenovo!
