[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still getting the laptop setup with all of my stuff but I've taken it on two trips so far and I'm very happy with it. Size and weight are excellent. I can definitely do work while travelling...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Thinkpad X1 Carbon in a hurry two weeks ago. I couldn't get access to my regular business computer (a Thinkpad T540P) and needed to keep working. I have the older Thinkpad back now, but am sticking with the new X1. It's lighter, faster, and the screen resolution is amazing. The keypad is large and solid despite the smaller computer size. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to replace an older laptop. I am very pleased with this Thinkpad, the keyboard is absolutely fantastic! I also love how lightweight the machine is and that makes it so easy to carry wherever I need to go. And for a lightweight machine it is pretty powerful. Highly recommend this device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the X1 Carbon to replace a Lenovo T61 which had served well for several years, but was becoming unreliable, outmoded and underpowered for current applications. The X1 Carbon has already delivered on its promise of light weight / compact packaging, and its processor / memory / solid state storage provide an amazing level of performance improvement. We have high expectations for its reliable operation in the long run.
