[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For PC users, the Lenovo X1 Carbon is a great lightweight, high performance notebook for the day-to-day work activities. In the fast paced business world we tend to have a lot of applications open and we do not see any performance issues. It plugs in well to external displays and our users do not have any issues with them. They are just solid, low maintenance, lightweight notebooks that fit perfectly with our business use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 1st generation, it was great but I was out of memory. I got this with a 1TB hard drive, so it should last a while. This one is lighter and smaller, but the screen is the same size! I can run complex 3D modeling software without a problem. This is truly a laptop that can serve as a desktop replacement. Screen is vibrant (I didn't get the touch screen, it's shiny and glare might annoy me occasionally). Keyboard/Mouse is great. It's a bit pricey, however, so probably best for the business customer (i.e. someone else is paying for it).
