[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago, and i am happy with the improvements thus far. I have owned all 6 generations of this X1 Carbon, and the improvements get better and better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked inside at out at this computer before purchasing. It had the processor, memory, screen size, lightweight, keyboard feel and display that we were looking for. Pricing was good, warranty is good, and we’ve had Lenovo before and know they’re good. Great little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is lightweight, fast, and a pleasure to use. Solid state hard drive is so much better than the older, slower drives.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop. It is lightweight, very fast and has lots of internal storage (1tb) - which I require for business purposes. Prior to this laptop, I happily used a Yoga 910 - which sort of spoiled me w its fold-to-tablet mode (that also allowed for video presentations to clients sitting at the other side of the table. I also miss a few other 910 features: The absence of the dumb/simply blank search box that the 910 offered when I clicked on the START icon; The fact that once I chose to illuminate the keys, they'd remember that setting the next time I started up.
The Carbon can get a little warm (on its right side) when plugged in and operating; AND I do note that the charge transformer (on the charge cord) is heavier than the Yoga. And I miss the Yoga location of the End key on the right side. Other that that, there's not much of a comparison. This Carbon is superior all that it does as a computer. I very appreciate the ON button being above the keyboard, and the additional ports on the sides of the Carbon eliminate my need to carry an extra device to provide additional ports. The Carbon is SO LIGHT and SO CONVENIENT that if you really use your laptop as a travel mate, you will be very very happy w this computer. Be sure to go into settings and shut down Lenovo's automatically wanting to "oversee" your activity so that they can learn and improve their product and service. Really? I would prefer my work remains my work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great new architecture, design at its best, the new notebook is definitely a few levels of upgrade in both the Thinkpad and the notebook category line in general. If you have been considering making an upgrade either from previous generations or coming from the mac world (as I did), the X1 6th Gen is the way to go.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today was my FIRST day migrated to my new PC. The first day is always the best test as you try to navigate new ways of doing things.
Guess what?
It was seamless.
I think I was more productive today than I have been in months.
First thing i noriced today was that the ThinkPad was so so light in my bag and easy to handle.
